Information we process
We process photos you choose to upload, file names, dimensions and enhanced results; account identifiers, identifiers and email supplied by Sign in with Apple (if provided), email sign-in details and display names; task status, quota usage and invitation tier; and IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, client/device information and error records needed for security and troubleshooting. Passwords are stored as hashes.
Purpose and permissions
This information supports authentication, enhancement, delivery of results, quota accounting, abuse prevention and necessary troubleshooting. Photos and results are never used for model training, sold to third parties or used for advertising tracking. This version does not enable ads or paid subscriptions. Photos access is used to select images and save results according to your actions or settings. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
Cloud processing and providers
Photos are uploaded for processing using Alibaba Cloud OSS and servers, plus GPU infrastructure managed by the operator. Primary storage and API services are currently in mainland China. Apple provides Sign in with Apple authentication, and Alibaba Cloud email services deliver verification messages. For users outside mainland China, photos and account information are transferred to service infrastructure in mainland China. Media access is restricted and uses short-lived links. Administrative access is limited to necessary support, security and troubleshooting.
Retention and deletion
Newly uploaded photos, their results and thumbnails expire 30 days after upload. Cloud downloads stop at expiry; an hourly cleanup removes the objects, with in-progress tasks cleaned up after completion and failed deletions retried. Existing photos receive a 30-day transition period from policy rollout. Account and task history remain for history and account administration until account deletion. Photos saved on your device are unaffected; deleting a local photo in the app does not immediately delete its cloud copy. Necessary security logs do not contain photo contents or passwords and are retained as needed for security operations and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can stop uploading, sign out, or request account deletion in Settings. Apple account deletion requires reauthentication to revoke Apple authorization. Finish running tasks before deleting; incomplete deletion is reported clearly. Contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of optional consent. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this page for material changes in purposes, providers or retention, and notify you or request consent in the app when required.
